The firm was established in 1986 under the sole directorship of Leon Malan. In 2001, the firm formed a branch office in the town of Mokopane/Potgietersrus and appointed Peter Mohale as its head. In 2006 Mr Malan established another firm named Malan Mohale Beyers in Mosselbay.

The expansion to the Limpopo Province was initiated by our policy of being accessible to our clients. In 2003, the Mokopane office became a new firm under the sole directorship of Peter Mohale, incorporated with Leon Malan in Pretoria.
